Samsung Galaxy S21 runs Android 11-based OneUI 3.0 out of the box and comes with dual SIM support. The handset sports a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O display with 1,080 x 2,400p resolution, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and in-display fingerprint sensor. It also has the Eye Comfort Shield technology that protects your eyes by automatically adjusting the blue light filter in accordance with the time of the day and content. Samsung Galaxy S21+ specifications are pretty much the same as the regular Galaxy S21. The phone also comes with Exynos 2100/ Snapdragon 888 SoCs, triple rear cameras including a 64MP telephoto lens, a couple of 12MP sensors, and a 10MP selfie camera. That said, the Samsung Galaxy S21+ packs a slightly bigger 6.7-inch Infinity display instead of a 6.4-inch and 4,800mAh battery. Additionally, the phone only sports Corning Gorilla Victor Glass. There is no Glastic layer at the back. The phone weighs 202g and sports UWB tracking.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, the most premium handset of the lot, packs a 6.8-inch QHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 1,500nits brightness. The phone also supports 120Hz refresh rate at QHD+ resolution, something its predecessor (and most of the market) does not. Moreover, the refresh rate of the phone’s display can vary from 10Hz to 120Hz, depending on the requirements of the on-screen media.

It is the first S-series smartphone to support the S Pen stylus, which will be sold separately. It employs up to 16GB RAM + 512GB storage and supports S Pen and Wi-Fi 6E. The handset weighs 228 grams. A 5,000mAh battery fuels the handset. The other Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra specifications — such as the screen refresh rate, 25W fast charging, Exynos 2100 SoC, and IP rating — remain the same as that of the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21+.
