Redmi Note 9T 5G, with model number M2007J22G, has now been spotted on Geekbench and the listing reveals some key specifications of the upcoming smartphone from Xiaomi. Notably, the alleged Redmi Note 9T 5G showed up on TUV Rheinland certification website recently as well. The leaked specifications thus far indicate that the Redmi Note 9T 5G will be a rebranded variant of the Redmi Note 9 5G, which was launched in China just last month. The Geekbench listing of Redmi Note 9T 5G, spotted by tipster @yabhishekhd on Twitter, shows the handset’s processor, memory, and OS details, apart from the benchmark scores of course. Redmi Note 9T 5G managed to score 598 in single-core and 1760 in multi-core tests.

Coming to the Redmi Note 9T 5G leaked specifications from the Geekbench listing, the benchmarking platform shows that the upcoming from the Chinese brand will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 800U SoC, pack 4GB of RAM, and run Android 10 out of the box. Interestingly, the Redmi Note 9 5G is only available in 6GB and 8GB RAM options in China. So we can expect some changes in terms of configurations with the Redmi Note 9T 5G.
If the Redmi Note 9T 5G indeed turns out to be a rebranded variant of the Redmi Note 9 5G, you can expect the phone to come with a 6.53-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and 60Hz refresh rate. The connectivity features will likely include 5G connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging.
As far as the optics are concerned, the Redmi Note 9T 5G is expected to come with triple cameras at the back, comprising of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth snapper. For selfies and video calling, there is a 13MP snapper at the front. The handset could come with a 5,000mAh battery with fast-charging support.
